Who Can Join?
The cohort is free and is open to high school students of all backgrounds, gender, and skill levels—whether they’re a total beginner and have never touched a tool in their life, or a returning student who has already worked a real job in construction – any student committed to the impact, we want to work with!
What Is the Cohort?

The High School Cohort is an impactful, rewarding, hands-on learning experience tailored for high school students who are curious about the many paths into the construction industry. Through guided mentorship by accomplished and relatable professionals, students will:
